    • How do I get my Finisher Medal?

      Finishers who successfully complete the route and cross the finish line within the strict 6:30 AM cut-off time will receive their interlocking piece of the Trilogy Medal.

    • Will there be official race results or times posted?

      Since this event does not utilize electronic timing chips, there will be no official individual finish times or ranking certificates posted on the website. Runners are encouraged to track their personal times using their own running watches or fitness apps (e.g., Strava, Garmin).

    • Can I change my shirt size?

      Sizes are final once registered. We strictly recommend checking the size chart on the registration page before checking out.

    • What if I can't make it to the race?

      As per our policy, registrations are non-refundable and cannot be deferred to future legs or years. You may, however, have a friend claim your race kit for you during the kit claiming period (an authorization letter and ID copy are required).

    • Are strollers or pets allowed?

      For the safety of all runners and due to Makati road closure restrictions, strollers, skateboards, and pets are strictly not permitted on the race course.

    • What happens if it rains?

      The race will proceed rain or shine. However, in cases of extreme weather or safety concerns, the organizers reserve the right to delay or cancel the event for everyone's safety. All announcements regarding weather adjustments will be made online.

PARTICIPANT WAIVER AND RELEASE FORM

EVENT: On Your Mark 位置について OYM Trilogy 2026 (Leg 1, Leg 2, Leg 3)

VENUE: Ayala Triangle Gardens, Makati City, Philippines

BY REGISTERING FOR OR PARTICIPATING IN THIS EVENT, I (THE “PARTICIPANT”) AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK I acknowledge that participation in a road race (5K, 10K, 16K, 21K, 26K) involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: physical exertion, dehydration, falls, contact with other participants or spectators, effects of weather (heat, humidity, rain), traffic conditions, and road hazards. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with this event, even those not explicitly listed dito, and declare that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for the completion of this event.

2. MEDICAL CERTIFICATION AND CONSENT I certify that I am in good health and have no physical or medical condition that would endanger myself or others. In the event of an injury or illness during the race, I hereby consent to receive medical treatment (First Aid, CPR, transport to the nearest hospital) deemed advisable by event medical personnel. I understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred (ambulance, hospital fees) not covered by the event’s basic insurance. The Organizers reserve the right to remove me from the course if they determine it is unsafe for me to continue.

3. WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY In consideration of the acceptance of my registration, I, for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators, hereby WAIVE, RELEASE, AND DISCHARGE the following entities from any and all claims, liabilities, or causes of action arising out of my participation, including injury, death, or property loss/damage:

• The Organizers: On Your Mark 位置について OYM Trilogy 2026 Team.

• The Landowners & City: Ayala Land Inc., Makati Central Estate Association (MACEA), and the City Government of Makati.

• Partners: All Sponsors, Co-Presenters, Medical Teams, Security, and Marshals.

4. BAGGAGE AND PERSONAL PROPERTY I understand that the Organizers provide a baggage counter for convenience only. I acknowledge that leaving high-value items (gadgets, wallets, jewelry) is discouraged. The Organizers shall not be responsible for any loss and/or damage to the belongings and items deposited in the baggage area or left anywhere within the event venue.

5. ACKNOWLEDGMENT: NO ELECTRONIC TIMING I explicitly acknowledge and agree that this event does not utilize electronic timing chips. I understand that there will be no official individual finish times, rankings, or downloadable timing certificates issued by the Organizers. I am responsible for tracking my own personal time using my own devices. I further agree that all announcements regarding schedules and event updates will be made exclusively via the official online channels.

6. MEDIA RELEASE I grant the Organizers and Sponsors irrevocable permission to use my name, voice, picture, or video recording of this event for any legitimate purpose, including commercial advertising, marketing, and social media, without any financial compensation or further approval.

7. DATA PRIVACY (RA 10173) In compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012, I authorize the Organizers to collect and process my personal data for event management, emergency response, and official announcements. My data will be stored securely and will not be shared with third parties for purposes outside of the OYM Trilogy 2026 event.

8. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY I agree that registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstance, including "Act of God" conditions (earthquake, storm, typhoon signal no. 2 or higher, etc.). In the event of cancellation or modification (conversion to a virtual run or deferral), the Organizers’ decision is final, and I waive any claim for reimbursement of registration fees or training/travel expenses.

9. RULES AND CONDUCT I agree to abide by all official rules:

• Wearing the assigned Race Bib visibly on the front of my shirt at all times.

• Respecting the strict 6:30 AM course cut-off for medal eligibility.

• No pets, strollers, skateboards, or wheeled devices on the course.

• No littering; trash must be disposed of only in the bins provided at hydration stations.

I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS WAIVER AND AGREE TO ABIDE BY ALL RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE EVENT OFFICIALS ON THE DAY OF THE RACE.

Parental Consent (For Participants 17 years old and below): I, the parent/legal guardian of the participant, have read this waiver and grant my full consent for their participation under the same terms and conditions stated above.

OYM Events Corp. maintains a Strictly No Refund Policy for all race registrations. By completing your registration and confirming payment, you agree to the following terms:

• Finality of Transaction: Once payment is confirmed, the transaction is considered final. Requests for refunds, for any reason (including but not limited to personal emergencies, scheduling conflicts, or change of mind), will not be entertained.

• Immediate Resource Allocation: We implement this policy because registration fees are immediately committed to the production and manufacturing of personalized race assets. This includes your custom-printed race bib, finisher medal, and specific apparel sizing (singlet/finisher shirt) which are manufactured based on the data provided at the point of registration.

• Non-Transferability: Race slots and kits are non-transferable to other individuals and cannot be deferred to future race series, as insurance and timing chip data are specific to the registered participant.

• Event Postponement: In the event of a postponement due to force majeure (e.g., extreme weather, public health emergencies, or government-mandated restrictions), no refunds will be issued. Instead, all registrations will be automatically carried over to the rescheduled date.

• Event Cancellation: A refund will only be processed in the extreme case of a total and absolute cancellation of the event series by the Organizer without a rescheduled date.
